I have that exact copy of “Anne of Green Gables”. I have loved and read it many times since I was a little girl! (I’m 21 now)
I just to have the junior 1983 edition. I remember when my parents gave me that I was so excited. Sadly I don’t know what happened to it. Have you yet tried the Emily of New Moon books yet?
I can’t wait for you to get the book in the mail. It should be I’d hope by Saturday, worse case Monday but I sent it UPS priority so the lady acted like it should take like 2 days and I sent it yesterday, so here’s to hoping maybe tomorrow.
The copyright date on it is 1939!!!!
I’m so excited!!! I’m going to have sister bring it to Chile when she comes to visit me in May
